Purchase and Exchange Policy

Please confirm your cart to be sure that you have the correct size(s) and order(s) before completing your purchase(s), All sales are final. 

 

EXCHANGES

 

Due to COVID 19, we will not accept any exchanges or returns unless we made a mistake and you received the incorrect order. If we make a mistake and the size of your order does not match your pre-order purchase size requested, we will correct this issue and exchange the product.

 

Incorrect products or goods must not be used and must be in original packaging. Photos of item size(s), purchased sizes and order number must be emailed to help@jesuswalks.life   

Contact us right away in order for us to take action in a timely matter. We must be informed about this issue within 3 days or we will not proceed to correct the exchange, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for any other issues.

 

Once your exchange email is received and products are inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange which depends on the condition of the product(s). We will provide a shipping label if we made a mistake with your order.
